1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the rk9999 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with rk9999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one rk9999 account at any given time. The opening of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, rk9999 reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Void any winnings, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with any of the duplicate accounts.
• Retain any deposited funds in the duplicate account(s) pending investigation, and return only the net deposited amount (less any bonuses received) at rk9999's sole discretion.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your rk9999 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. rk9999 will treat all activity on your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified rk9999 of a security compromise.

rk9999 reserves the right to close inactive accounts — defined as accounts showing no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months — following reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

rk9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. rk9999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Subject to the amount stated in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Processing times: Deposits are typically credited to your rk9999 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–6 hours, subject to identity verification status.
• Currency: All transactions on the rk9999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions submitted in other currencies will be converted at the rate applied by your payment provider, and rk9999 accepts no responsibility for any currency conversion charges or rate discrepancies.

rk9999 operates a strict same-method withdrawal policy where operationally feasible: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. rk9999 may request additional documentation to verify the ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.

rk9999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which rk9999 accepts no liability.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rk9999 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, all associated funds and winnings voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.

• Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to rk9999. rk9999 will pursue recovery of chargeback amounts and will permanently close any account associated with a chargeback.
• Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using forged identity documents during the verification process.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

7 Game Rules and Betting

All casino games available on rk9999 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules as provided by the respective software studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and others). In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the game's specific rules take precedence with respect to that game.

For sports betting markets:

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rk9999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game content — is the property of rk9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the rk9999 Platform without the prior written consent of rk9999. Any unauthorised use of rk9999's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rk9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings due to technical failure.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Termination and Account Closure

13 Governing Law and Disputes

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

14 Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

rk9999's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of rk9999's right to enforce that provision in the future.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and rk9999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
